Offering Connection Through Collaboration

How It Works at Public Events

    I create an outline for a nature inspired piece made from several pieces of material. Once complete, these panels come together to form one unified image.

    I bring my idea to you! When you find my booth at in-person events and festivals, you choose to participate in creating the art piece.

  • 3

    If you like, you choose to scan the code near the artwork to receive updates on the art piece and receive a free sticker of the artwork once complete.

  • 4

    As the guide / facilitator of this experience, I work on finalizing the piece after the event to bring my own voice into the creative process.

    I send you updates along the way, and you get to see the community connections come to life in live time through our shared creativity!

    Once the art piece is complete, I photograph it, and you receive a sticker of the art piece you helped to create. My hope is that this token serves as a reminder of this experience of creativity and connection.

What’s The Point?

This project is an invitation to humans of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels to participate in a singular moment of connection through the playful act of creating together.

As a Creator of black and white art,

I believe that my viewers “complete” my artwork with their own memories of colors, textures, and experiences. By not choosing a time of day or a particular color, I allow my viewers to project their own experiences into the scenes I create. In this way, I collaborate with you to complete my pieces.

By facilitating collaborative art, I hope to bring that idea even more to life, by working together with you, to create vibrant, accessible, and connected experiences of creativity and play.

  • Not at all. For public events, there is no charge to participate in these collaborative experiences, and you will not be charged to ship your sticker. However, if you would like to support me in my goal of making these experiences more accessible, you can donate using the form on this page.

  • Collaborative pieces take time and rely on you, the public, to participate! The more participation, the faster you get your sticker. Sign up for my email newsletter to get updates on collaborative pieces. Once the piece is complete and photographed, sticker orders should take about a week to get to you.

  • Head to the events tab on this website to find a schedule of in-person events I’ve committed to, or reach out to me!

  • YES!! I’ve designed these collaborative art experiences to be suitable for all ages and all experience levels.
